Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Daily Wordsearch Challenge on the web at wordsearch.cc and in our mobile apps (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Netnovate LLC, 7901 4th ST N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Daily Wordsearch Challenge is a word search puzzle game. Features may include daily and campaign puzzles, custom puzzles, scores, streaks, achievements, and optional leaderboards. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

Eligibility and accounts

You may play as a guest or link an optional account (Apple, Facebook, or email where available). You are responsible for activity under your player account and for keeping any credentials secure. You must provide accurate information if you choose to register.

If you are under the age required by law in your country to consent to online services without a parent or guardian, you may only use the Service with their involvement and consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• cheat, abuse leaderboards, automate play with bots or scripts, or interfere with other players;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• upload or share unlawful, abusive, or infringing content (including in custom puzzles or display names);
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using social login;
• use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Service, including puzzles, themes, branding, software, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written permission.

If you create custom puzzles or set a display name, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and use that content as needed to operate the Service.

Third-party services

Optional features may rely on third parties such as Apple, Meta/Facebook, Cloudflare, and payment or store platforms. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you also acknowledge that policy.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Netnovate LLC and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability) remain in effect.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
